Andy Gantzer is a Partner in Tidwell Group’s Columbus office. He has over 25 years of experience in public accounting and is a part of the Firm’s Affordable Housing and Assurance Services practice. Andy’s extensive experience in the affordable housing industry includes auditing LIHTC, HUD, not-for-profits, USDA Rural Development, and MSHDA affordable housing projects, in addition to LIHTC cost certification audits. Andy also has experience in reviewing various tax returns including 1064s, 1120s, 990s, 1040s, personal property, and various state and city returns.
The services that Andy provides to clients comprise of financial and compliance auditing, planning and review, as well as management and tax consulting. He works with clients in a variety of industries, including privately held partnerships that own and operate government-financed and subsidized housing, not-for-profit, construction, and manufacturing. Andy brings his clients the perspective of a professional with experience in both public accounting and private industry with an emphasis on providing excellent client service.
