Kelli Winter is Tidwell Group’s Partner in Charge of Audit and Assurance based in the firm’s Atlanta office. She has more than 30 years of private and public accounting experience. Kelli has accumulated extensive experience in many facets of accounting for the real estate and construction industries. Affordable housing has been a component of her experience since the beginning of her career, and she has overseen the execution of thousands of audits financed through the Department of Housing and Urban Development and Low-Income Housing Tax Credits.
In addition to her experience in public accounting, Kelli spent time in financial management positions with both public and private companies after earning her MBA. She has therefore developed a broad background in operational and financial management which enables her to provide additional business insight to clients to provide innovative solutions and resources to help them achieve their goals.
Prior to joining Tidwell Group, Kelli was an assurance partner in the Real Estate practice of a large, national accounting firm. Kelli earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Georgia and her Masters of Business Administration from UCLA’s Anderson Graduate School of Management. Her professional affiliations include membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Georgia State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
