Kevin Allmandinger is an Audit Partner in Tidwell Group’s Columbus office. He has more than 25 years of experience in the public accounting industry, providing services for primarily privately-held clients. Kevin’s responsibilities include playing an integral role in performing and reviewing audit work for Rural Development projects, HUD, and Section 42 low-income housing tax credit projects.

Additionally, Kevin has extensive experience with cost certifications related to the Historic Tax Credit program, Section 42 low-income housing tax credit program, and HUD. He has developed a specialty practice related to eligible basis questions and tax credit calculations, as well as other issues related to the historic and low-income housing tax credit programs.

Kevin was previously in the private industry sector for twelve years, serving as a Treasurer for a large construction, development, and property management company. His vast experience provides him with a valuable perspective to assist in serving the needs of his clients. Kevin consults with clients on tax credit questions and acts as an overall business advisor, and understands the importance of client service and on-time delivery.
