Tom Pyper is an Assurance Partner in Tidwell Group’s Columbus office. Prior to joining the team, Tom spent nearly twelve years at a large firm in Columbus providing assurance services to clients in the not-for-profit, commercial real estate, public housing, and multi-family affordable housing industries.
Tom specializes in serving owners, developers, and management companies within the multi-family affordable housing industry, with an emphasis on those with large portfolios of LIHTC and HUD-financed projects.
Tom takes pride in building strong relationships with his clients and providing excellent client service. He is known for his ability to advise and coach his clients through their technical accounting issues and regulatory requirements.
In addition to his client service, Tom was a leading technical contributor within the affordable housing and single audit industries at his previous firm. He is also a frequent attendee and presenter at several regional and national affordable housing industry conferences.
