- Why did you first choose to work at Tidwell Group?
The company culture is what brought me to Tidwell Group. Employees at Tidwell Group are respected and given opportunities to grow and progress in their careers. - What aspect of your job do you enjoy the most?
Our clients do a lot of great work in their communities, and I most enjoy partnering with and serving those clients to allow them to do what they do best. - What is one accomplishment at work that you are most proud of?
I would say receiving the BRIDGE award for Balance last year from the firm, one of Tidwell Group’s core principles. - How has Tidwell Group helped in your career development?
Tidwell Group has provided me with opportunities to stretch myself through various leadership and technical experiences. Tidwell Group has talented individuals who are willing to share their knowledge which has been instrumental to my growth and development as a professional. - What goals would you like to reach for the next five years at Tidwell Group?
My goal is to get better every day and help those I work with improve so that Tidwell Group can provide the best service to our clients. - What piece of advice would you give a new employee or an intern just starting?
Try to learn and apply at least one new thing every day. Don’t be afraid to ask questions because that is how you learn. You will get a lot of information thrown at you, but you will also have people there to support you every step of the way. - List three fun facts about yourself:
I love all things sports. (Go Bucks and Browns!)
I have a sweet tooth, and I can’t turn down a scoop of ice cream or slice of cake.
I enjoy watching TV shows about animals and nature. I can’t get enough of Shark Week.
