We will have focus groups for all women across our firm, increase funds for our IDEAL Women’s Group to amplify event offerings focused on empowering women within our organization, and a goal that all Tidwell Group committees will be led by 50 percent of women and men.
It is exciting to be part of a time when discussions around the equal representation of genders in all career fields and leadership positions are becoming plans in motion.
