Senior Manager

Amie Gray is a Senior Manager in Tidwell Group’s Columbus office. She has more than 12 years of experience in the affordable housing industry. She has worked as an auditor, a developer, and now a consultant. She has extensive knowledge of all aspects of the tax credit programs, specifically the low-income housing tax credits and historic tax credits.

In her role as Consultant, Amie has assisted affordable housing clients with all stages of their developments from pre-development financial modeling through post-year-fifteen activities.  Her experience includes but is not limited to, preparing financial models, 10% and 8609 cost certifications, Year 15 exit analysis, and preparing qualified contract calculations and applications in more than 15 states.

Before her tenure at Tidwell Group, Amie gained ample experience coordinating development activities to develop and build affordable housing.  Those activities include, but are not limited to, working with State Housing Authority’s, preparing tax credit applications in multiple states, local, state, and federal soft debt applications, as assisting with equity/financing closings.
